Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. You can return most items within this period for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

• The product is unused and in its original packaging.

• You provide proof of purchase.

Exclusions:

• Custom-made items, perishable products, and consumables are non-returnable.

• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged are ineligible for a return.

Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of a damaged or faulty product.

• If the product is defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.
